The IoT wholesale market is expanding rapidly, presenting vast opportunities for businesses globally. However, this growth has exposed major issues in the form of fragmented systems, inconsistent APIs, and unstructured processes, all of which complicate operations.
A key problem is the lack of standardization in Call Detail Record (CDR) formats, which leads to inefficiencies and higher operational costs for operators and aggregators. Without uniform APIs and CDR formats, the industry relies on complex, custom solutions that limit scalability and interoperability.
